Dykstra Home Services responsibility and role in navigating COVID-19

As we are coping with an issue of massive scale and human impact, our hearts go out to everyone that is being affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).

We at Dykstra Home Services, believe it is our responsibility during this time to prioritize the following: the health and well-being of our employees and customers while also making sure we do our role in supporting our local health officials and government leaders as they work to stop the spread of this virus. Keeping those at the forefront, we will continue to make decisions with awareness, caution and courage to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners.

I wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that Dykstra Home Services is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and our communities.

Our employees are doing health checks daily, they will ask questions prior to entering the home. We have implemented additional sanitization and cleaning protocols in our office, warehouses, and vehicles, and have equipped field staff with necessary equipment. Our technicians will continue to wear booties and gloves, both will be disposed of after each call to ensure safe working procedures in homes and businesses of our customers. We have increased options for remote work where possible. Dispatch & our technicians will still be available 24/7 so we can continue to provide the excellent service you are accustomed to.

We have a long-standing history of caring for our employees, customers and partners and we recognize they are the foundation of our company!
